    1. Service Description

    Chiron is an AI-powered assistant for music producers, delivered as a VST3/AU plugin. The service provides answers to questions about digital audio workstations, virtual instruments, effects plugins, mixing, and music theory.

    2. Subscription Terms

    Chiron is offered as a subscription service with monthly and annual billing options. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

    3. License Grant

    Upon purchase, you receive a license key that may be activated on up to two (2) devices simultaneously. This license is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or distribute your license key.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
    • Attempt to bypass license validation or device limits
    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
    • Share or redistribute your license key
    • Use automated systems to abuse the query service

    5. Personalization

    Chiron remembers context from your previous sessions to provide a personalized mentoring experience. This includes topics you've discussed, your skill level, and the tools you use. You can clear this data at any time through the plugin settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is stored and how it is used.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Chiron and all associated software, content, and branding are the property of Opuniverse. Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the service, not ownership of any intellectual property.

    7. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Chiron requires an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Chiron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. The information provided by Chiron is for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked and you will no longer be able to use the software.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
